Job summary

Paschal Solutions, Inc. (PSI) seeks an On-Site Program Manager to serve as the primary on-site interface with PXD at the Amarillo, TX facility.

You will lead planning, cost/schedule/risk analysis, staffing coordination, and documentation control to ensure on-time, within-budget execution. You will coordinate with internal teams to deploy qualified personnel, manage multiple task orders, and maintain strong customer relationships, while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible experience in program/project/contract management in relevant environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOE security clearance; active DOE Q clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout for assigned task orders and customer support activities.
• Track project performance against scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, staffing plans, risk registers, issue logs, and contract requirements.
• Review, analyze, and support reporting of project and contract performance against cost, schedule, staffing, deliverable, and performance baselines.
• Identify, document, track, and coordinate project issues through closure.
• Support project lifecycle management from opportunity identification through proposal, award, execution, closeout, and lessons learned.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to support successful project execution.
