Job summary

ACT1 Federal is seeking a Junior Program/Project Management Analyst to provide on-site support to a major Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) program in Patuxent River, MD. The role focuses on program planning, acquisition management, financial tracking, and executive-level support for a high-visibility naval aviation program.

The position requires daily on-site work, active Secret clearance or ability to obtain, and offers growth in a DoD acquisition environment with responsibilities spanning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, economics, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of professional program/PM experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• U.S. Citizenship required and Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support program managers and IPTs with execution activities.
• Develop and maintain program schedules and status reports.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings, reviews, and documentation.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and customer actions.
• Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.
• Maintain program records and SharePoint sites.
• Support data calls and information requests from leadership.
• Capture meeting minutes and assist with risk tracking.
• Support program office operations and administrative tasks.
