Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the production team; assign tasks and manage priorities.
• Address performance issues with clear next steps and follow-up.
• Promote PPE use and immediate reporting of unsafe practices.
• Drive safety, quality, and on-time production as daily priorities.
• Coordinate with Quality, Customer Service, Scheduling, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving, and Maintenance.
• Provide tools and training to enable team members to meet performance goals.
