Job summary

Wikoff Color Corporation, an employee-owned manufacturer, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities at our Grand Rapids facility. You will lead frontline staff, ensure schedules run safely and efficiently, and drive continuous improvement in line with quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and technical training in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing (preferred).
• 5–7 years of manufacturing experience, with prior supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure output, quality, and safety targets are met.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and shift activities to support production schedules.
• Monitor production KPIs and address performance gaps in real time.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production personnel to maintain performance standards.
• Support inventory accuracy, material usage reporting, and waste reduction efforts.
• Communicate production status and issues to Site Leaders or Plant Leadership.
• Other duties assigned by management.
