Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage projects with detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production to meet shipping requirements and improve productivity.
• Participate in manpower planning and respond to staffing fluctuations.
• Work with schedulers to meet customer demands and ensure accurate inventory.
• Lead the management team to achieve safety, quality, production and profitability goals.
• Track key metrics: run time, setup, PPM, COQ, on-time delivery, and kanban attainment.
• Oversee documentation and lean replenishment methods.
