Qualifications

• 1+ years in production scheduling, planning, or related manufacturing roles.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems for scheduling and procurement; Sage X3 preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and material planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on demand, capacity, inventory, and material availability.
• Expedite materials, work orders, and production activities to meet schedules; resolve shortages and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Assembly, Purchasing, Warehouse, and suppliers to align materials and priorities.
• Release, track, and close manufacturing work orders in Sage X3 with accurate data.
• Monitor inventory, perform cycle counts, support purchasing, and identify flow improvements.
