Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, inventory control, and purchasing within a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with Sage X3 or StockIQ preferred; experience with similar software required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and cross-department collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Use schedules to confirm sales orders for customers and the Sales team.
• Issue, release, track, and close manufacturing work orders in Sage X3 with accurate BOMs and allocations.
• Monitor raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to maintain inventory levels for production flow.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits; investigate variances and take corrective actions.
• Execute purchasing activities including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier follow-up, price updates, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with Sales and vendors to expedite purchase orders as needed.
• Maintain item master data, lead times, and planning parameters; identify shortages and coordinate expediting.
