Job summary

Centinel Spine, LLC is seeking a Production Planner to support procurement, planning, and inventory management on-site in West Chester, PA. You will place purchase orders and analyze demand and lead-times to ensure on-time delivery while collaborating with Quality and Technology to uphold GMP/FDA compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years in planning/logistics, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Excel/MS Project skills. Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; supply chain field preferred.
• 1–3 years of planning/logistics experience required.
• Solid understanding of GMP and FDA regulations.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent ability to communicate with multiple departments and customers.
• Must be able to work independently, in a team environment, and drive projects to solution using good project management and facilitation skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask in a time sensitive and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders with suppliers.
• Analyze demand and forecasts; understand lead-times from vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and notify management of disruptions to on-time delivery.
• Understand business needs of demand/forecast and adjust buying accordingly.
• Collaborate with Quality and Technology groups on vendor performance and issues.
• Develop vendor relationships and communicate expectations (delivery, status reports).
• Assist in cycle counts and physical inventories; assure inventory integrity.
• Support inventory management and problem area evaluation.
