Centinel Spine, LLC in West Chester, PA is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead procurement, supply planning, and inventory management while balancing business objectives with customer demand.

This 100% on-site role reports to the Vice President of Operations and requires GMP/FDA knowledge, cross‑functional collaboration, and strong vendor relationship skills to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management.
• Experience with leading/supervising associates in the Supply Chain function.
• Solid understanding of GMP and FDA regulations.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems or planning software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments; build supplier relationships through clear communication and performance management.

About the opportunity:

In this role, you will lead procurement, supply planning, and inventory management while balancing business objectives with customer demand. You will ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and build strong supplier relationships through clear communication and performance management. This position reports directly to theVice President of Operations.

Where you will make an impact:

• Ability to ensure that Centinel Spine is in compliance with applicable Regulations (QSR, CMDR, ARGMD, BGMP and MDD/MDR), Standards (e.g., ISO 13485) and Centinel’s Quality Management System Manual, QMSM.
• Function as a team mentor, supporting data analysis, dashboard development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Capable to understand sales demands and evaluating ordering purposes with knowledge of lead-times from our vendors.
• Provide extreme attention to detail needed to monitor vendor service and notify management of any disruption of flow that will affect customer (internal/external) order OTD (on-time delivery).
• Understand business needs of demand/forecast and adjust buying accordingly.
• Aptitude to work closely with Technology Groups and Quality to communicate supply issues of current vendors.
• Ability to collaborate with Quality on vendor performance- receiving the correct material, the correct quantity, and on-time deliveries.
• Experience developing vendor relationships exhibiting good written and verbal communication providing clear expectations (delivery, status reports, etc.)
• Assure the integrity of the inventory, evaluate problem areas.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required, in supply chain or related technical field preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management roles.
• Experience with leading/supervising associates in the Supply Chain function.
• Solid understanding of GMP and FDA regulations.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems or planning software, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including pivot tables and lookups. Collaboration in Zoom or Teams.
• Excellent ability to communicate with multiple departments and customers.
• Must be able to work independently, in a team environment, and drive projects to solution using good project management and facilitation skills.
• Detail oriented and the ability to multitask in a time sensitive/demanding environment with a high degree of accuracy.

• This position is 100% on-site at our West Chester, PA Corporate office.
