Job summary

Worthington Armstrong Venture (WAVE) in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Production Operator to operate CNC, routing, clips and accessories press equipment on site. The role requires coordinating material loading, leveler operations, and press use to cut, mill, bend, punch, or form components.

The ideal candidate will have CNC experience, familiarity with LEAN manufacturing practices, and a willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge and experience of CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment or similar.
• LEAN manufacturing, 6S, and Six Sigma are preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC, routing, clips and accessories press operations as part of manufacturing.
• Set up equipment and operate according to the production schedule.
• Verify parts against drawings and specifications using measuring tools; perform in-process inspections.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
