Job summary

Worthington Armstrong Venture (WAVE) is seeking a Production Operator to handle CNC, routing, and press operations. You will load materials, set up machines, and run processes to produce parts in a lean manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include inspections with measurement tools, maintaining safe and clean work areas, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge and experience of CNC machinery in manufacturing environment or similar.
• Preferred; Experience with LEAN manufacturing, 6S, Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC, routing, and press equipment while loading raw materials.
• Set up equipment and operate according to the schedule.
• Maintain continuous operation of CNC, routing and stamping equipment; adjust dies and troubleshoot efficiency losses.
• Verify parts against drawings and use measuring tools for first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Report safety concerns and follow safety procedures.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
