Job summary

Worthington Armstrong Venture (WAVE) in North Las Vegas seeks a Production Operator to join our CNC, routing, and press operations team. You will load raw material, feed through the leveler head, and operate presses to cut, mill, bend, punch or form parts.

You will perform inspections, monitor quality, set up equipment, and participate in LEAN initiatives. Safety, reliability, and teamwork are essential as you help maintain continuous production and meet schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge and experience of CNC machinery in manufacturing environment or similar.
• Preferred: LEAN manufacturing, 6S, Six Sigma.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high performance manufacturing environment.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and equipment.
• Operate CNC, routing, and press equipment; load material and set up dies.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections with measuring tools.
• Monitor and adjust feed rates; troubleshoot equipment and quality issues.
• Package finished product and participate in LEAN/continuous improvement activities.
