The supervisor will coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and quality control to optimize resources, monitor production metrics, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; leadership experience preferred.
• At least three years in maintenance management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong logistics planning and cost-reduction track record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Confers with management to establish production and quality standards and data needs.
• Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance and quality control.
• Reviews reports to identify nonconformities and address production problems.
• Minimizes scrap and ensures clean work area and proper stocking of supplies.
• Monitors metrics and compiles monthly reports to drive improvements.
• Ensures policies are read and followed and supports equipment readiness.
