Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4-6 years of lab or technician experience in a regulated environment.
• Bachelor of Science in a technical field with 1-2+ years of lab/R&D experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written procedures and document results accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing by executing designed test protocols and documenting results.
• Provide technical support to engineers, including prototype processes and test setups.
• Gather, maintain, analyze technical data from lab and material tests.
• Support laboratory activities including calibration, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Prepare technical documents, reports, drawings, flow charts, and schematics.
