Job summary

Shameless Snacks in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to drive new product development. This on-site role sits at the center of our innovation pipeline and works directly with the CEO and cross‑functional teams to move concepts from idea to launch with discipline and ownership.

You will research flavor and format opportunities, coordinate with overseas manufacturers, manage samples and taste tests, own packaging development with the design team, and track timelines,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in product development, sourcing, or product coordination in consumer products, CPG, eCommerce, or DTC.
• Experience with overseas manufacturers—ideally in China—and understand sourcing/workflow.
• Experience with Amazon product research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar).
• Proficient with project management tools daily—ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to coordinate across teams.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams (sourcing, design, marketing, external vendors).
• High attention to detail; able to keep timelines and specs accurate.
• Comfortable presenting to leadership and holding teams accountable on timelines.

Responsibilities

• Research flavor, format, and line-extension opportunities and evaluate the better-for-you candy category.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and ingredient suppliers, including overseas partners, on formulation, samples, and timelines.
• Manage sample rounds and taste testing; track feedback on flavor, texture, and shelf stability.
• Own packaging development with the design team, including nutrition panels, claims, and label approvals.
• Track project timelines from idea to production-ready and present progress weekly to leadership.
