Snack Innovations Inc. in New Jersey is seeking an Innovation Manager to lead new and existing product initiatives from concept through launch.

You will oversee formulation, process improvements, supplier collaboration, and scale-up activities, working across Quality, Operations, Purchasing, Marketing, and Creative teams. This hands-on role drives project timelines and delivers market-ready snacks such as Drizzilicious.

Competenze

• Experience in product development for snacks or consumer packaged goods.
• Strong quality orientation and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Familiarity with labeling, ingredients, allergens, and shelf-life requirements.

Mansioni

• Own and manage new product development projects from concept through launch.
• Manage packaging options for new sizes, artwork and displays.
• Drive the product development pipeline from bench to commercialization.
• Formulate and test products, resolve formulation, process and quality issues.
• Plan and document product trials and scale-up to production.
• Set product requirements, process parameters and technical specs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet timelines and gates.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal partners on ingredients and packaging.
• Support quality, regulatory and successful product launches.
