Just Ingredients Inc. is seeking a Product Development Coordinator in Orem, UT, to organize and drive product initiatives from concept to launch. You will manage timelines, samples, suppliers, and packaging while ensuring clear ownership and timely approvals.

You thrive on detail, excel at coordinating multiple teams, and proactively address risks to keep projects on track in a fast-growing health and wellness environment.

Competenze

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in product development, CPG, food, supplements, or health and wellness.
• Experience managing timelines and deliverables across multiple teams and outside partners.
• Familiarity with the product development process, including samples, packaging, labeling, and approvals, is a strong plus.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, monday.com, Smartsheet).

Mansioni

• Build and manage detailed project plans and timelines for new products, reformulations, and packaging updates, from concept through launch.
• Track milestones, deliverables, owners, and deadlines across every product in development.
• Flag risks, delays, and dependencies early, and work with project owners to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate product samples, sensory and taste testing, and feedback rounds with internal teams and manufacturing partners.
• Coordinate packaging and label development, routing artwork and copy through the required reviews and approvals.
• Maintain organized project files, including product briefs, specifications, test results, and approval records.
• Support launch planning by tracking the tasks each team needs to complete before a product goes live.
