Job summary

Family Tree Farms Marketing LLC seeks an On-site Warehouse Liaison / QC to serve as the company’s eyes and ears at a third-party warehouse. You will perform quality inspections of fresh produce—primarily blueberries and blackberries—and document findings in the FTF QC app.

The role requires independence and clear communication of quality concerns to the appropriate teams. You will monitor inbound transfers, support repacking activities, and help identify improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in fresh produce, quality control, warehouse operations, agriculture, receiving, packing, or related environments preferred but not required.
• Experience with blueberries, blackberries, or other fresh berries is a significant plus.
• Ability to work independently, communicate problems, document findings, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to learn and apply FTF quality standards; ability to use mobile apps, email and company tech.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of fresh produce using FTF standards.
• Evaluate product quality, condition, size, appearance, temperature, packaging, and other characteristics.
• Document inspections in the FTF QC application with measurements, photos, and observations.
• Communicate significant quality concerns and recommend action.
• Monitor inbound transfers from Mexico and coordinate with warehouse receiving.
• Provide on-site QC oversight during repacking or reconditioning activities as assigned.
• Observe warehouse activities and report deviations from expected processes.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate improvements to the team.
• Assist remote teams with verification of product, quantities, pallet locations, holds, or inventory questions.
• Communicate with warehouse staff regarding product movement, arrivals, and operational needs.
