Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of purchasing, inventory, cycle counts, and budgeting experience.
• Experience with SAP or related systems and WMS.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Parts Room team.
• Plan materials for weekends, shutdowns, and projects.
• Manage cost-center spending.
• Coordinate purchasing and receiving of materials.
• Source and evaluate suppliers; negotiate contracts.
• Forecast future purchasing needs.
• Maintain system records on all purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory requirements.
