The role blends office work with hands-on tasks such as packaging, operating a loader, driving company vehicles up to 1.5 tons, and maintaining accurate documentation. You’ll work with vendors and project teams to ensure timely deliveries across Alaska.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting and outdoor yard work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• DOT medical card required.
• Valid Alaska driver’s license and driving eligibility.
• Ability to pass drug, driving record, and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Process requisitions in a timely manner.
• Issue purchase orders, verify pricing and lead times.
• Communicate order status updates to requestors and staff.
• Reconcile pick tickets, packing lists, and requisition forms.
• Research parts, materials, and supplies using online resources.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving materials in Anchorage; track orders.
