Job summary

STG Inc., a Calista Brice subsidiary, is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to support purchasing, requisitions, and freight coordination on-site in Anchorage, AK. The role blends office administration with hands-on yard duties and vehicle operations to keep materials flowing to project sites across Alaska.

The successful candidate will manage purchase orders, verify pricing, track orders, assist with inventory, and build strong relationships with vendors and carriers while supporting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting, loading, outdoor yard work, and operating company vehicles required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word required.
• DOT medical card required.
• Valid Alaska driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles under policy.
• Ability to pass drug, driving record, and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process requisition forms promptly.
• Issue purchase orders, verify pricing and lead times, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving materials in Anchorage, ensuring tracking and documentation.
• Track orders, confirm deliveries, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, carriers, and internal staff.
• Operate a loader to move materials in yard conditions.
• Drive company vehicles up to 1.5 tons for pickups and deliveries.
