Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Engineer to provide on-site supply chain support and act as the primary contact for procurement activities within project teams.

You will help manage budgets, orders, and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost control. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with Purchasing, Fleet, Logistics, and Accounts Payable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a related position or industry.
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Proficiency in Invoice Processing & Finvari Support or ACCO systems within first 4 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between project team, ACCO departments, and external suppliers.
• Oversee on-site setup of jobsite trailers and services.
• Create and maintain procurement logs and records.
