You will execute purchase orders, obtain competitive pricing, track vendor performance, and maintain procurement records while collaborating with project managers, field teams, and suppliers to ensure on‑time, cost‑effective procurement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of procurement or purchasing experience; construction or mechanical services preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate procurement of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies for field operations and offices.
• Create, process, and track purchase orders and change orders in the procurement system.
• Obtain quotes and evaluate vendor pricing for cost-effective purchases.
• Monitor order status and delivery schedules; resolve delays with vendors.
• Maintain approved vendor lists and pricing data.
• Support warranty and returns processes, including documentation.
• Collaborate with shipping to verify deliveries and support inventory.
• Enter procurement data and invoices into company systems; communicate with internal teams.
• Perform additional procurement tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Travel 0–5% and work in a fast-paced environment.
