Job summary

Pritchard Companies is seeking a Process & Systems Manager to enhance how the business operates across processes, systems, and data. The role partners with Commercial Sales, Finance, and other teams to document workflows, improve system utilization, and drive standardization.

You will map current processes, develop future-state workflows, and lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to implementation, establishing strong data ownership and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or demonstrated experience in project management and operations.
• Multiple years of experience in project management, business process improvement, or operations roles.
• Experience mapping, documenting, and improving business processes.
• Experience leading projects from planning through implementation and creating SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with cross-functional teams to document current processes from start to finish.
• Map workflows across Sales, Finance, and related functions to identify gaps.
• Develop future-state workflows and practical improvements.
• Create process maps, SOPs, and supporting documentation.
• Lead system-related projects from discovery through implementation.
• Coordinate stakeholders and drive change, training, and adoption.
