Pritchard Companies is seeking a Process & Systems Manager to join our Commercial team. This role focuses on improving how our business operates across processes, systems, and data.

You will document workflows, develop SOPs, improve system utilization, and lead process improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation. We value curiosity, structured thinking, and the ability to bring order to complex processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in project management or business process improvement.
• Experience mapping and documenting business processes.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Ability to develop SOPs and process maps.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead change across teams without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Commercial teams to document current processes end-to-end.
• Map workflows across Sales, Finance, Accounting, and order processing.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Develop future-state workflows and SOPs.
• Create process maps, SOPs, and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate how systems support processes and improve utilization.
• Lead cross-functional projects from discovery through implementation.
• Coordinate stakeholders, drive change, and training.
