Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Allen-Bradley PLCs and automation systems.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Farmington Hills, MI.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing equipment and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Analyze production systems and implement process improvements to reduce waste and costs.
• Lead troubleshooting and calibration to minimize downtime and maintain production.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable improvement reports.
• Train employees on equipment operation and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance on projects.
• Provide off-shift troubleshooting support as needed.
