Advantage Technical is seeking a Printer Repair Technician to diagnose and repair printers and electronic equipment on-site in Columbia, MD. The role combines mechanical, electrical, and basic networking skills to troubleshoot issues, replace components, and perform preventive maintenance.

The position is temporary-to-hire with regular business hours and a pay rate of $25–$27 per hour. Ideal candidates hold an associate degree or equivalent experience and have hands-on repair experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent education/experience.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing printers or electronic equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, electronics, and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and follow repair procedures.
• Familiarity with USB, Ethernet, printer drivers, and network connectivity.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
