Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading projects (6+ months).
• 6+ months with internal combustion engines, thermal or after-treatment systems (design, testing, controls, or calibration).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Experience with PowerPoint to communicate findings, risks and recommendations.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, investigate failures, and validate corrective actions.
• Strong PM, organizational, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cost-reduction initiatives and AI tool development to improve quality and reduce warranty-related expenses.
• Evaluate high-warranty-cost subsystems, engine applications, and vehicle applications.
• Apply structured problem-solving to identify root causes of quality issues.
• Analyze warranty data and trends to improve repair processes.
• Develop strategies to identify issues earlier in the lifecycle.
• Design, execute, or coordinate testing from component to vehicle level.
• Replicate issues, determine root causes, and validate corrective actions.
