Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Supplier Technical Assistance Engineer focused on Electrical & Electronics to ensure supplier manufacturing readiness and sustained performance. You will lead technical discussions and collaborate with suppliers to support product launches and issue resolution.

The role requires hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, PPAP/APQP participation, and strong problem-solving skills, with significant travel to supplier sites (up to 70%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, quality, or supplier management.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing processes and process control.
• Automotive industry experience.
• Experience with PPAP, APQP and quality systems.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier manufacturing readiness and sustained performance.
• Implement commodity-specific business plans.
• Ensure supplier quality, delivery, capacity and warranty standards.
• Serve as primary technical interface between the organization and suppliers.
• Support product launches and supplier manufacturing implementation.
• Drive issue resolution and prevent disruption to vehicle production.
• Apply quality management and problem-solving practices to supplier issues.
• Support PPAP and APQP processes.
• Evaluate and support electronics manufacturing processes and process control.
• Support both front-end and back-end electronics manufacturing processes.
• Lead technical discussions on electrical and electronics manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Travel frequently to supplier sites, up to 70%.
