Job summary

TRUNO Retail Technology Solutions in Tulsa, OK is seeking a POS Field Service Technician to respond promptly to service requests across a defined territory. You will troubleshoot and repair POS hardware, laser printers, scales, and other equipment, while maintaining accurate inventory and documentation.

Ideal candidates have an IT-focused Associate degree, 1+ year in technology service, strong customer service, and the ability to travel with after-hours flexibility.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 1+ year in technology service preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office required.
• Practical experience with electronics/hardware preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests promptly and document details.
• Interact with store personnel and Truno team professionally.
• Travel typically within 150 miles; some overnight travel.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test in-store equipment to verify function.
• Provide preventative maintenance on POS and related hardware.
