Job Summary

As a Multi-Site Porter, you will support building maintenance and landscaping efforts to maintain property quality. Responsibilities include general maintenance support, detailed cleaning, and apartment turnovers, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

Position Details

• Full-Time Position
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Responsibilities: Support one building with 150 units
• Compensation: $19.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning, including power washing buildings and common areas
• Haul trash to dumpsters
• Clean and prepare units for resident move-in
• Assist with lighting maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
• Communicate effectively and timely
• Distribute notices and flyers
• Follow safe work practices and identify hazards
