• We have an opening for a full-time PORTER position.
• Location: Shell - 1926 East Pacific Coast Highway, Wilmington, CA 90744. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior janitorial and light maintenance experience preferred.
• Pay Range: $17.28 to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are bussed, cleared, cleaned, and floors swept during peak times and prepped for service.
• Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
• Wash dishes, glasses, and pots; clean cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes, ensuring complete cleanliness.
• Keep display equipment clean and in compliance with safety standards during service.
• Assist with receiving and transporting heavy deliveries safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
• Commit to personal safety and safety of others.
• Follow all company policies, including safe handling of knives, hot pans, and proper footwear and lifting techniques.
