Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of hyperscale and AI data center campuses, overseeing full lifecycle from site development through turnover. You will work closely with the Project Executive, Field Leadership, and clients to ensure successful execution of multiple projects and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires experience in electrical data center construction, strong PM software skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams on-site

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent and 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the Electrical Data Center construction industry required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field encouraged.
• NFPA 70E or OSHA Certification encouraged.
• Prior experience utilizing PM software and tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and Primavera P6 encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Initiation: Define scope, goals, and deliverables; develop plans, schedules, and budgets; conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Team Management: Build and lead project teams; assign tasks; monitor performance; foster collaboration.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel; manage procurement and vendor relations.
• Project Execution and Monitoring: Oversee safety, quality, budget, and timelines; communicate status to clients and stakeholders.
• Change Management: Handle changes and scope adjustments; document and communicate to relevant parties.
• Quality Assurance: Implement QC procedures; ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project docs; deliver regular progress reports.
• Project Closure: Conduct reviews; finalize deliverables and invoices.
