Resetarits Construction is seeking a Project Manager for an on-site, full-time role based in Buffalo, NY and surrounding areas. You will oversee commercial construction projects from planning through completion, managing schedules, budgets, and resources while coordinating with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The role requires leading site and coordination meetings, handling procurement and expediting of materials, and ensuring work complies with contract documents,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/engineering/architecture or related field.
• 10+ years PM experience on commercial or institutional projects.
• Experience coordinating material orders, vendor communication, and expediting.
• On-site daily work in Buffalo, NY and visiting active job sites.

Responsabilités

• Oversee commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources; coordinate with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Prepare and review project plans, track progress, resolve issues, and lead site and coordination meetings.
• Procurement and expediting of materials; monitor inspections and permitting; maintain documentation and reporting.
