HRBuffalo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial and mechanical construction projects in Buffalo, NY. This hands-on role focuses on managing field operations, budgets, and client relationships, with exposure to multi-million-dollar installations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction PM, experience with HVAC and process piping, and a background in manufacturing or industrial environments. Expect a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and growth into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with HVAC, process piping, industrial equipment, or mechanical systems.
• Background in manufacturing plants or industrial facilities strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, budgeting, and communication skills.
• Office and field work experience or comfort in both environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage mechanical and industrial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, manpower, subcontractors, and project profitability.
• Coordinate with field crews, engineers, vendors, and customers.
• Manage multiple projects ranging from smaller service work to multi-million-dollar installations.
• Visit jobsites, solve problems, and keep projects running safely, on time, and within budget.
