Qualifications

• 10+ years IT leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead incident response in a 24/7 environment.
• Strategic thinking to align IT with production goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily IT operations oversight on the manufacturing floor.
• Translate IT roadblocks into business language for plant leadership.
• Lead incident response during critical outages as escalation point.
• Advocate for Smyrna plant needs within the global IT organization.
• Develop onsite IT staff from reactive to proactive.
• Ensure IT initiatives support production goals and safety.
