Job summary

HLBMA LLC is seeking an IT System Manager to oversee and optimize mission-critical systems (ERP, MES, MCS, WMS) across manufacturing facilities. You will ensure 24/7 availability, drive enhancements, and collaborate with IT Security to maintain a secure infrastructure.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS/Engineering and at least 7 years of experience in IT system operations, along with strong coordination skills to work with headquarters in Korea. On-site role in Savannah/Ellabell, GA.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required.
Minimum 7 years of experience in IT system operation and business systems support required.
Proven experience operating and improving manufacturing applications such as ERP, MES, MCS, and WMS required.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations and troubleshoot issues for core manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, MCS, WMS).
Resolve data discrepancies and system process issues raised by production and business units.
Monitor data integrity across system interfaces to prevent operational bottlenecks.
Analyze user requirements to design, modify, and implement system enhancements.
Lead enhancements for legacy systems and introduce new smart factory modules or digital solutions.
Establish user guidelines and provide training on system changes and new features.
Maintain firewall, VPN, and factory network security configurations with IT Security guidelines.
Support deployment and integration of security solutions to protect manufacturing tech and IP.
Provide infrastructure support and remediation during security assessments and audits.
