Job summary

APTIM Federal Services, LLC seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead field execution on a high-profile pipeline project. The role requires expertise in trenching, backfilling, asphalt and concrete placement, and coordinating with federal agencies and local authorities to meet standards and regulations.

The on-site leader will supervise daily field operations, safety, schedule adherence and cost control, manage subcontractors, and ensure work meets project specifications and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience, including pipeline construction.
• Experience overseeing pipeline projects in the Long Island/NY area preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate with multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, safety, schedule adherence and cost control.
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors to meet project specs and quality.
• Coordinate with clients, government representatives and stakeholders.
• Develop project control materials and forecasting with Project Controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Navy, USACE, EPA, etc.).
