Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with 8+ years CM experience.
• Proven safe driving record and valid driver's license.
• On-call 24/7 for emergency response as needed.
• Knowledge of OSHA PSM and PHMSA requirements and contractor OQ needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction oversight with project teams for pipelines and facilities.
• Develop scopes, bid packages, and contractor selection.
• Plan staffing, materials, schedules, and cost control.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Operations, and regulators.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company policies.
