Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification through a recognized organization or CMA certification.
• Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
• Experience with phlebotomy and lab specimen handling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy and other lab specimen collections following age-related standards and policies.
• Enter accurate lab orders and verify test results in the system.
• Maintain patient communication and post-venipuncture care.
• Process specimens promptly, label, centrifuge, aliquot, and package as required.
