Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy and lab specimen collections per age-related standards and department policies.
• Communicates with patients using AIDET model and prioritizes patient safety.
• Receives and reviews physician orders and enters accurate orders for lab tests.
• Performs lab-related clerical duties including order entry and verification of test results.
• Processes specimens promptly to maintain sample integrity and proper handling.
