Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal phlebotomy training required.
• ASCP, NHA or AMT certification preferred.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Good interpersonal and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and patient identification.
• Label, verify, process, and ship specimens.
• Handle pre-analytical processes including registration and ordering.
• Provide outstanding customer service with effective communication.
• Perform clerical tasks such as telephone communication and report generation.
