Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy Services in Eugene, OR is seeking a Licensed Oregon Pharmacy Technician to join our Fulfillment Department in a fast-paced long-term care setting. This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail, with on-the-job training and no customer-facing duties.

Pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour for part-time 24 hours/week, with Saturday 9:30–6:00 and Sunday 9:00–5:30, plus benefits.

Qualifications

  • Active Oregon Pharmacy Technician License in good standing.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move large medication trays throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Operating and monitoring the SynMed machine throughout the shift.
  • Loading and handling medication trays and packaging materials.
  • Verifying medication packaging and labeling accuracy.
  • Troubleshooting minor machine issues and contacting SynMed support when needed.
  • Communicating inventory, equipment, or medication concerns to pharmacy staff.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
  • Following all pharmacy policies and regulatory requirements.

We’re currently seeking a Licensed Oregon Pharmacy Technician to join our Fulfillment Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in getting the details right. No pharmacy experience? That’s okay. We’re happy to train the right person. What matters most is a strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

What You’ll Do
