Remedi SeniorCare is seeking an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our Clarest At Home team in Troy, Ohio. This on-site role focuses on entering prescriptions into the Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack system and handling customer calls with courtesy and accuracy.

Under supervision of a pharmacist, you will ensure correct data entry, timely processing, and collaboration with leadership to meet department goals while delivering excellent service to patients and facilities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills, medical terminology, and drug knowledge.
• Solid math/analytical abilities for accurate calculations.

• Enter prescriptions quickly and accurately into the Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack system.
• Communicate with customers over the phone to address needs and provide assistance.
• Ensure all prescription and patient information is input correctly and timely.
• Collaborate with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with urgency and timeliness as required by the role.
