Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Troy, Ohio. This on-site role supports long-term care facilities, handling order entry and customer inquiries with a focus on accuracy and timely service.

The position offers a 2nd shift schedule (3:00pm-11:30pm, 4:00pm-12:30am or 5:00pm-1:30am) Monday–Friday with every other weekend, and 6–8 weeks of training. On-site closed-door pharmacy operations with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills.
• Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge.
• Math and analytical skills; focus on calculations.
• Minimum of two years in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide over the phone customer support to doctors and nurses.
• Efficient order entry and follow-up.

Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Pharmacy Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities.

Location: On site at our closed-door pharmacy (962 Dorset Rd, Troy)

Salary: $16-$18/hr, depending on experience

Schedule: 2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm, 4:00pm-12:30am or 5:00pm-1:30am. Monday - Friday and every other weekend.

Training: 6-8 weeks 8:30am-5pm or 2:00pm-10:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include communicating with customers over the phone and provide quick and courteous responses to their needs. You will also entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system.

Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:
