Job summary

Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a Customer Service Pharmacy Technician to support residents in long-term care facilities. The role is on site at our closed-door Troy, OH pharmacy, handling order entry and customer communications under a pharmacist's guidance.

You will enter prescriptions in the Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack system and ensure accurate data while delivering courteous service. Training lasts 6–8 weeks with a 3rd shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide over the phone support to doctors and nurses.
• Efficient order entry and follow-up.
• Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate and timely prescription/patient information input.
• Collaborate with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Must work with urgency and timeliness.
