Remedi SeniorCare seeks a Customer Service Pharmacy Technician to support residents in long-term care facilities from our Troy, OH site. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, responsive service to doctors and nurses, and close collaboration with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide over the phone customers to doctors and nurses
• Efficient order entry and follow-up

• Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Pharmacy Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities.

Location: On site at our closed-door pharmacy (962 Dorset Rd, Troy)

Salary: $16-$18/hr, depending on experience

Schedule: 2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm, 4:00pm-12:30am or 5:00pm-1:30am. Monday - Friday and every other weekend.

Training: 6-8 weeks 8:30am-5pm or 2:00pm-10:30pm.
