Job summary

Morales Group seeks an On-Site Performance Manager (OSPM) to serve as the liaison between the client and Morales Group, Inc. (MGI). You will streamline HR processes, support client requirements, and manage MGI employees on site to achieve quality and continuous improvement.

You will monitor performance metrics, conduct check-ins, and ensure compliance with safety and staffing standards while maintaining strong, proactive communication with client leadership and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and active listening abilities are required.
• Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail oriented is essential.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relations and ensure quality in service delivery.
• Conduct onsite check-ins and escort new starts on client premises.
• Manage Morales Group employees assigned to the client.
• Track performance metrics to measure and improve results.
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll-related activities, and attendance.
• Communicate client needs to recruitment and management teams.
• Maintain client and employee data in Bullhorn; conduct internal audits.
