This role manages client requirements and supervises Morales Group employees on-site, aiming for high-quality service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Management experience is helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of other languages is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication skills and active listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong client relations and ensure consistent quality.
• Conduct onsite check-ins and escort new starts on client premises.
• Oversee on-site Morales Group employees and manage performance metrics.
• Coordinate timekeeping, payroll review, and attendance activities.
• Ensure compliance with client screening requirements and safety policies.
• Uphold Morales Group standards and communicate client needs to internal teams.
