Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join a collaborative educational team near Houston, Texas. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current or eligible Texas licensure.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with AAC devices and assistive technology.
• Solid understanding of IEPs and compliance.
• Experience in school-based settings is valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Partner with educators, caregivers, SLPAs, and OT/PT professionals in a team-based approach.
• Closely monitor progress, adjusting strategies to ensure positive outcomes.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation and progress notes per state/local requirements.
